A thoughtful and honest one-day conference for serious young dancers, their parents, and teachers. A space in which important conversations around vocational training, career development, and the wider realities of the ballet profession can be explored with clarity and integrity.

The day will include a series of talks, interviews, and Q&As, both in person and online, featuring guest speakers from across the industry: company and vocational school directors, current and former dancers, and well-being professionals. Alongside this, we will be offering masterclasses and workshops for dancers during sessions designed specifically for parents and teachers.
